1. App Basics and Accounts
Q. Is the app free to use?
A. The basic functions are available for free. Some dress-up items and extended features are offered as in-app purchases.
Q. Can I transfer my data if I change devices?
A. Yes, you can. 【Old Device】Go to "Settings" > "Issue Transfer Code" to generate a code. 【New Device】Go to "Settings" > "Enter Code" to input the code. By following these steps, you can transfer your precious memories and acquired items.
*Please be very careful. If you change devices without issuing or entering a transfer code, you will not be able to restore your account.
Q. Can I lock my diary to prevent others from seeing it?
A. We apologize, but currently, a lock function for the app itself is not implemented. Please use your smartphone's screen lock function.
2. About FRND (Friends)
Q. How many FRNDs can I register?
A. The free plan allows registration of up to 5 FRNDs. If you subscribe to "FRRM Club (subscription)," you can register up to 100 FRNDs.
Q. Can I change the appearance of a registered FRND later?
A. Yes, you can change it at any time. Select the FRND from the "FRND List" and edit it using the clothes icon button.
Q. Can I delete a registered FRND?
A. Yes, you can. However, please note that deleting a FRND will also delete the diaries and memories associated with that FRND.
3. About Records and Reminders
Q. Can I write records for past dates?
A. With the free plan, you can write entries up to the previous day. By subscribing to "FRRM Club (subscription)," you will be able to write diary entries for past dates.
Q. I'm not receiving reminder notifications for anniversaries or birthdays.
A. Please check if notifications for this app are enabled in your smartphone's "Settings" > "Notifications."
4. About Gacha, Shop, and Items
Q. Where can I check the items I got from Gacha?
A. Acquired items are automatically saved. You can check and use them on all screens where item selection is available, such as the dress-up screen.
Q. I accidentally purchased an item. Can I get a refund?
A. We sincerely apologize, but as a general rule, we cannot process refunds or cancellations for items or points once purchased. Thank you for your understanding.
5. About Games
Q. What is the purpose of the in-app games?
A. By playing games and achieving goals, you can acquire dress-up items. Please try playing during your free time to collect items.
