■ About Using This Site

To make a purchase at FRRM SHOP, you must create an account.

【Please Note】
The following conditions must be met to place an order:
a) You must be able to pay with one of the payment methods accepted on this site.
b) You must have a Japanese address where you can receive your order.
Please note that we cannot ship internationally.

Please note that we cannot ship any items overseas.


■ About Product Stock

Items saved in your cart are not guaranteed to be in stock. For items with low stock, products may sell out during the checkout process. Also, please note that if your order is not finalized, the item may be removed from your cart.


■ About Purchase Limits

Some products may have purchase limits. Please check the product page for details. Repeated orders or orders exceeding the purchase limit will be canceled at a later date.


■ About Reselling and Bulk Purchases

If we determine an order to be inappropriate, such as a bulk order deemed for reselling purposes or multiple orders from the same customer, we may cancel the order or delete the account without prior notice. Please be aware of this in advance.


■ About Consolidating Shipments

We cannot consolidate items ordered separately or items with different shipping times. Also, items that cannot be consolidated will be shipped individually, and separate shipping fees will apply.


■ About Receipts

Receipts can be accessed from your My Page.


■ About Shipping

Orders will typically be shipped within ○ business days from the order confirmation date. Please note that we do not offer specified-date shipping or same-day shipping. For pre-order items, they will be shipped sequentially as soon as they arrive at the warehouse, based on the release date posted on each product page.


■ About Payment

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit Card Payment
    Accepted card companies (one-time payment only):
    VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB
  • Smartphone Payment (QR code)
    PayPay / Merpay
  • Convenience Store Payment

For both pre-order and regular items, payment will be processed at the time of order placement. Please note that this is not at the time of product shipment. The debit date varies depending on your credit card company. Please contact your credit card company directly.

*Some debit cards and internationally issued cards may not be accepted.


■ About Delivery

【Regular Items】
Orders will typically be shipped within 7 business days from the order confirmation date (payment confirmation date). Please note that we do not offer same-day shipping.


■ About Shipping Carriers

【Regular Items】
Delivery will be made by either Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.


■ About International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. Products will only be delivered within Japan.
Domestic Shipment Only.


■ About Deliveries to Business Offices / Forwarding Services

We do not recommend deliveries to business offices or forwarding services. We are not responsible for any issues with receipt or returns due to exceeding storage periods when using business office deliveries or forwarding services.


■ About Consumption Tax

Product prices include consumption tax.


■ About Cancellations and Returns

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been completed due to customer convenience (including accidental operations).


■ About Defective Products

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is initially defective or differs from the product ordered, we will exchange the product. Please attach photos of the defective part and contact us via inquiry within 7 days of product arrival. If the same product is not available, we will refund the product price. We do not accept exchanges for other products.

*Cartons, packaging, instruction manuals, and other ancillary materials other than the product itself are not eligible for return or exchange.


■ Examples of Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged, soiled, or malfunctioning due to customer fault
  • Products deemed difficult to classify as initial defects
  • Products returned without prior inquiry
  • Products that have passed more than 8 days since delivery
  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Products that have become soiled or damaged after delivery

■ About Returns Due to Long-Term Absence

Products returned due to inability to receive delivery due to long-term absence will not be re-shipped. If you are absent, the shipping carrier will notify you via an absence notice. The storage period is typically 1 week from the shipping date. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to receive the product within the storage period. If the product is returned due to exceeding the storage period, we will calculate and charge you for the round-trip shipping fees and handling charges according to the payment method. Please note that if there are unilateral cancellations or refusals to receive delivery due to customer convenience, we may refuse future use of our services. Please be aware of this in advance.


■ About Returns Due to Unknown Delivery Address

Products returned due to inability to deliver because of an unknown delivery address will not be re-shipped. Please confirm that the entered delivery address information is correct before placing your order.
